The first thing we do for all clients if they wish, free of charge, is to complete an assessment of your business and then report back to you.

We look at what you do, your customers, markets, competitors and how you do business (e.g. all processes from estimating and quotations, through core activity, to invoicing and payments collection). The purpose of the assessment is to identify issues and opportunities.

We complete the assessment via a 'face-to-face' questionnaire session (in person or via the Internet). If you wish us to do this session at your premises, all we ask is that you pay our travel expenses.

Optimisation of business efficiency reduces costs and increases profits. We also consider marketing and expansion opportunities.

Prior to completing the questionnaire we sign a Confidentiality Agreement to assure you that all the information you give us is secure.

Suggested options for objectives you may wish to achieve can then be discussed.
